The Village Halloween Parade celebrated its 51st year by calling all Cat Ladies to unite with their theme of ‘Meow’. Marching up 6th Avenue in Lower Manhattan, the Village Halloween Parade was filled with puppet creations of cats, costumes, and spooky antics. Photographer Jonathan Fernandes was there to capture the festivities.
